![]() | Re: New member 4 months training No manual job just seem to increase easy. I have trained in the past but that was like 4 years ago now, that was when I got the nickname mant. My mate said that when I was in the gym I could just walk over and pick something up that looked far too big for me, so they were taking the **** saying I was half ant. |

You already look good mate. 4 months? That's shocking. Your back will look monster when you lose some fat around the middle mate. Great stuff, keep it up!

![]() | Re: New member 4 months training Again thanks for the comments. Cutting is my main goal at the minute so I totally agree that once I lose some weight things will take shape better. Do you think that my arms need more size? I know its hard to tell from the back but I 've been told that recently. They are 19 inches at the minute, I'd love to reach the 20 mark. If I did that I wouldn't have a choice I'd have to walk with a strut, lol. |

They could do with some more mass but they don't look out of proportion.. Triceps make the arm look big!

![]() | Re: New member 4 months training I wasn't that bothered about my arms at the minute either but I go on an american forum as well and I had 2 people say about making my arms bigger so I guess I was a little paranoid about it. I thought 19 inches was OK but I guess not in america, lol. |

Don't worry about your arms, still train threm hard obviously but they are fine IMO! Like I said though you want everything to get bigger right? Apart from your waist! So just make sure everything is growing in sync and you'll be a happy bunny.
