Photos taken 4weeks out from the mr britain ukbff this year.Not been on this site before so thought id get involved and let u all no who i am.Cheers

i was very impressed with your physique at the british mate, i was also at the south coast were you qualified and the improvements you made between the shows were very noticabale. How long you been training and whats your future goals in the sport? the only reason i ask is at the british i was speaking to bloke who trains you,dont know his name, short and stocky and he said you may not compete again, personally it would be a waste mate, lotta potential there!

thanks guys,after having some quality time off trainin i managed to come down with every illness under the sun.flu,larungitous u name it i had it.Back in the game now thou,Back new improved 2007.il only compete again if i can get a little bigger without going overboard if u no what i mean.Take care guys
