![]() | Me at the moment (just started training) Thought i would put my pictures up. These were taken last week I think & I started doing weights & stuff (properly) about 2 weeks ago. Still working on my diet but its getting alot better & got my routine sorted for now. Thought I would put them up now & take some more in a few months so they can be compared. They were taken on a phone so arnt brilliant quality. Can see quad definition lol, next calf shot try pointing your foot down as well. Bicep is looking good but what about the tricep?:p |

![]() | Re: Me at the moment (just started training) I need to work on the tricep lol. This is what i looked like before i started training & havent noticed any change since i started. I had only done about 3 workouts since i started when the pics were taken. I have posted my diet up but it has changed for the better since then with me now eating more fish, brown bread etc now. My workout is a full body routine for now doing 2 x 15 sets for each exercise. Skizzi is helping me regarding a work out & i think it is changing soon when i get time to post the exercise manual around to him. cheers james |

As you have probably noticed we all have good and bad bodyparts, my 3 best are back, delts and tri's and worst is probablt chest and biceps. Have you tried maybe doing your workout as normal but add a drop set in for the tri's? What exercise do you do for them by the way? |
