Me at the moment (just started training)

Thought i would put my pictures up.

These were taken last week I think & I started doing weights & stuff (properly) about 2 weeks ago.

Still working on my diet but its getting alot better & got my routine sorted for now.

Thought I would put them up now & take some more in a few months so they can be compared.

They were taken on a phone so arnt brilliant quality.

Any comments welcome

The links have smaller pictures on & are clearer but cant make the pics any smalller:(

Re: Me at the moment (just started training)

I need to work on the tricep lol.

This is what i looked like before i started training & havent noticed any change since i started.

I had only done about 3 workouts since i started when the pics were taken.

I have posted my diet up but it has changed for the better since then with me now eating more fish, brown bread etc now.

My workout is a full body routine for now doing 2 x 15 sets for each exercise.

Skizzi is helping me regarding a work out & i think it is changing soon when i get time to post the exercise manual around to him.

cheers
james

Re: Me at the moment (just started training)

Well done mate, hope all goes well..iv only been training about a month and a half and noticed big differences - especially in my back!!
As you have probably noticed we all have good and bad bodyparts, my 3 best are back, delts and tri's and worst is probablt chest and biceps.
Have you tried maybe doing your workout as normal but add a drop set in for the tri's? What exercise do you do for them by the way?
