Lovely balanced physique mate, if you can keep that conditioning and keep gaining solid muscle you'll look great, not taking anything away from what you look like now though mate. Just wondered though, is that back acne from gear use or not? sorry if its to the point but just wondered.

yes m8 allways gets me .i was prone as a teen so it dont help.

Not looking 1/2 bad! Arms looking solid, traps looking good..only thing in my opinion to improve on would be chest? Not critisising or anything but if anything needs working its chest i think..

Deffo improved. Would like to see some leg pics. I think you need to lengthen your biceps more aswell as they're look very short in most muscular pose. Hammer Curls are good for this.

impossible u can not lengthen a muscle mate.. its attached where it is and thats that..


look at some some prop's calfs that are like 4" long!!!

if muscles could be lengthend they would have them sweeping and seriously thick all the way to the ankle like lee priest

all u can do is disguise the problem and creat an illusion which is what bodybuilding is all about!!

so hammers will help build uo the forearm and bronchi(sp) which will make the gap looka lil smaller

Agree with DB here. However you can lengthen the hamstrings. These can be lengthened by doing SLDL's. :lift:

Your biceps are attach across the elbow joint, the insertion point is at the forearm so I was under the impression certain exercises would stimulate the fibres lower down the bicep.. Guess not :( lol

You can lengthen muscle.

Its done via deep tissue massage therapy.

Jay cutler has it done weekly, and explains it on his DVD.

How old are you?

Not sure about lengthening muscle, you can gain range of motion and flexibility but as far as the attachment points are concerned they are attached where they are attached unless of course you have a tear.
