| Future IFBB Pro | Been 2 months since i posted - update! Hey Guys. I turn 18 in less then 2 weeks and it has been 2 months since i posted pics, so im gonna post them up here... Got a bit of food poisoning a few weeks back and still recovering (trying to gain mass again) so i am a bit small. Im dreading turning 18, because ill be relitively small again - but by this time next year i hope to look 10X better. The most musular pic was taken before i got sick at around 178lbs @ 5'11/6' Let me know what you think Gary PS - Someone please help me or my arms will dissapear soon! I have tried everything, and IMO i train smart, but they just wont grow!!! Thanks PPS - Im not spreading my lats... Im much wider than that! lmao |

I did back today, and i did the following... Wide Grip Pull Ups - Warm up - 15 Reps w/ bodyweight Set 2 - 12 Reps w/ 5kg Set 3 - 10 reps with 5kg Set 4 - 6 reps with 10kg T - Bar Rows - Warm Up - 50kg for 15 reps Set 1 - 65kg for 12, Drop 15kg - continue with 10 reps, drop 10 kg, continue with 8 reps, drop 10kg and do 6 - 8 reps Set 2 & Set 3 - The same except with different weights Machine Low Row 4 Sets - Same method as above with 2 drop sets anf 6 forced negatives on the last set 2 sets of preacher curls for biceps That was it, low volume and very high intensity Low Volume and Blood curdling intensity is the way to go for me, I hate leg days though - i puke 90% of the time after a leg workout, its not nice Gary | |

You look great, super lean and a good physique especially for your age, but if you want your arms bigger you'll need to pack on more mass ALL OVER! I would say drop the machine rows (stick with chins and one rowing movement) and stop doing so many drop sets / negatives. I bet your bis are dead from that much intensity every session. Anything more than training within 1-2 reps of failure should only be used sparingly towards the end of a training cycle. Too much intensity can easily lead to overtraining, particularly in natural individuals such as yourself. p.s. get a haircut ;) ![]() |

And increase your work to two exersises for bis 2sets each. I would do straight bar curls and straight bar preachers - just started doing these instead of ez preachers and they are class!! Give that a whirl and see how you do. May well make a difference. Works for me . |
