Hi
I have just started bodybuilding and need help from al the genius's on here.
These are my first pics after one month of hard training, I know im carrying weight but i want to bulk up for 2 years and see where I am then so to speak. I take lots of whey and normal multi vits are there any other main supplements needed t bulk up.
Any helpful comments will be appreciated on weak areas to work on and tips on building size ive got 16inch arms, 49 inch chest and im 5ft9. wish to get arms to 18 inch within the next year and everything generally as big as possible.
Please help me ill post monthly pics detailing my gains.
As i say im not interested in cutting up for a couple of years so just bulking info needed please.

Hey my dad David hasselhoff said it was cool , maybe ill have to get the strimmer out and have a go at it fella.

Thanks for the positive message I have a long way til ill look like alot of you lot on here but its great to know that ive got people like yourself to help me get there.

Yes your all welcome new years but mini me and dr evil usually drink too much and get fighting:rage: , but generally with all the baywatch crew and foxy cleopatra its spot on:dance:

Well, you are naturally big.
16" arms are bigger than normal.

Not too sure if Id bulk first though.
I would do it another way first.

i think you've got a good base to start with, your kinda thick like myself, good potential in arms and you look pretty balanced, whats your diet lookin like m8, ill guarentee that as soon as its spot on clean you'll begin to harden up and look even better

I didnt realise 16 inch arms were bigger than normal makes me feel better:o

How would you start out mate id just read other posts and they seem to say you can put on more muscle by bulking and then dieting later, but I do not know personally just what i read.
please suggest the other way I want to get big as possible. :lift:

TBH five o diet is simply eat as much as possible and drink lots of whey.
Can you suggest a simple diet which I could follow I dont always have much time for food prep though thats why I use whey at work etc and keep drinking on that at regular intervals. Only been going a month as I said but would like to do it seriously to see how big i can grow:lift:

i was 17.5 stone im now 16.8 and i look bigger now much bigger

need the waist smaller itll make your top look bigger yeah!
