Just want to post a couple of pics of me up so you lot can hopefully tell me where i need to go and how to do it best. Im 16 at the moment and got a leg operation next week so bad timing lol, in the 6weeks im in a wheelchair il research all this more and then work out thoroughly. Right, about the pictures, i know im very scrawny but please be tactful!! thanks, adz p.s i need help with everything!! and whether i should try supplements. iv seen maximuscle, any good? Sorry about the randomness and un clearness of these pictures, do not be alarmed by the one saying love you babe across it, thats what i sent to my girlfriend ages ago. | Looking Freaky | welcome to the board mate ![]() riteo.. i wud go into a verry long message as i always do to newcommers but i am SO tired lol gota be up brite n early for my start on a dbol cycle.. ma name'z jay im 20yrs old 6ft at 154lbs. u got good size for a 16yr old how tall r u n how much u weigh? i'd say u got 6weeks as u said urself to prepare yourself, find a routine to work around your everyday life & an eating pattern where you can fit several moderate meals in the day. what's your goals mate? |

My aim is to basically tone up big time, get a lot of definition and to get bigger, im around 10stone at the moment and would like to be 11-12ish thanks, adz |

Up until 3-4days ago i was eating 3/4 meals a day: Breakfast = cereal - usually high fibre stuff Lunch = Chicken slice roll, chocolate etc, the usual **** Dinner = always high protein, high carb dinners Snacks = yoghurts, crisps, angel delight, pizza - you name it i eat it However, I got braces put on the other day :( so not eating properly at the moment, will be back to normal over next few days. The op, i inherited blounts disease off grandad (bowed legs), i also have osgood schlatters disease from too much sport. The bowed legs do not affect me at all at the moment, but if i leave them i will go over on my ankles when im older, so im having an operation to get them snapped each leg above the ankle and below the knee to set them straight - on the 3rd of July. Will be in hospital for a week, then wheelchair for 6, so i suppose i can do moderate training after about 8-9 weeks from now? i hope! |

| Looking Freaky | i'd say ask a doctors/physicians advice on leg workouts and stuff to be on the safe side, dont wana take no chances at such a young age could do yourself a serious injury. goodluck with the operation hope everyfing goes well for ya. the meals are **** to put it kindly mate ... lol nothin is in ur favor is it.. u got the braces now lol wen u start trainin expect to take in a good 5-6 GOOD meals a day and that doesn't include peanuts & coke to be a meal. im talkin sandwichs, pasta, rice, chicken, red meat, fish etc etc proper meals. plenty of rest and yeh a good 3day split routine is ideal for a person like urself. im pretty sure at your age if you was consuming 6meals a day on a 3day split routine you'll be hittin 11stone in no time!! in december 2005 i was 8stone :( by february i was 11stone lol i supplemented though i know i didnt need to. trust me eat like a horse, DRINK PLENTY WATER, adequate rest (8hrs a nite atleast) and train on a 3day split routine and you'll be on the rite road.hope it all goes well for u, goodluck with the operation and use all this time wisely research into nutrition for bodybuilders, 3day split routines and drink 2-3litres of water daily if not more ![]() see u around !! |

| UK-M Swimsuit model | First thing WTF is that first picture all about? Second, you have 6 weeks in a W/Cair, I'd use this time to research your diet and training routine, look through the diet and getting started sections and in 6 weeks you should have more of an idea as to what goals you wanna set yourself. Look at 3-4 day split routines, and look at Protein/Carb/Fat diets and aim for 3-4,000 kals a day. Good luck with the op. J ![]()

| UK-Muscle Moderator | hey mate welcome..... first pic nakedness is not nice ![]() 16 is a nice young age... take that time after your op to construct a routine and try and sort your diet out so after your physio u'll be back ready to gain some mass mate
