Dude, take it easy. If you are going to be wheel chair bound for a long period of time I agree that you should use this time wisely and LEARN!

When you return to full strength look at a 3 or 4 day split. Maybe wise to get some professional advise (GP) before hand to avoid furthher problems!

It can be difficult when you first start out. The weights are the easy thing, I found it was my diet which was bad. To be honest yours stinks (in bodybuilding terms). Unfortunately I trained for ages blindly and did not pay much attention to what I ate. I simply got the cheapest protein or weight gainer and ate a diet similar to yours and hoped it would do the trick.

To try and explain what I was doing to my parents baffled them. They could not get their heads round why I wanted to eat more...............but surely you want to loose weight not gain it , they said. I was a stick insect!

However, tell your parents and friends what course you want to take and have a goal - and stick to it.

As I grew up I realised that I was not growing and so went back to the drawing board. Try and learn mate as knowledge is the key, I bet you are rolling your eyes now, just like I would of but beleive me. Dont rely on the likes of Flex and MD magazines for your routines, unless they are for beginners or basic routines. I tried an Arnold routine for two weeks. I came down with enlarged glands (in my throat lads before you comment!) and suffered for it. Basically I was overtraining and this coupled with a very poor diet and nightclubbing all forced me downwards!

Dont expect it all too soon. Dont fall into the typical trap of training the glory muscles hard and neglecting the others. Your body should flow, ie - there is no point having a decent chest and arms if they are perched on two thin sticks for legs.

Most of all, keep learning, train and eat good and enjoy it!

yeah, i see where you are all coming from and did wonder whether or not to post the pic. But they are the only pics i got at the moment so posted them, bit of a mistake lol though i did apologise first for the randomness etc...I'll see if i can get some other pics up instead soon. Just one problem I have and thats raikeys "oh and heres my cock" comment, I didnt actually show any cock so have no idea where you got that from but oh well
