Just get back into the gym and do whatever you use to do as it cearlly gave you a solid figure. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | cheers for the comments so far. hopefully il use this as a work in progress sort of thing with monthly updates. as i said iv only been to the gym a handfull of times in the last 9 odd months, but iv got a 25kg dumbell at home that i used to do some arm curls now & again,with the occasional spot of press-ups. the big kick up the **** for me came 2weeks ago now, i had to go get measured up for a kilt for a wedding & got told i had a 39" waist! :rage: iv been a 34" waist for years no matter wot my size was! so its time to get back to the gym,stop all the take aways & chocolate iv become accustom too! |

| UK-M Swimsuit model | Matt you look just like my mate. He used to train through his twenties, was massive, then stoped training when he hit 30 had three little girls, got married etc.... Anyway he looked just like you flabby bits around but you could tell he used to be a lifter - traps and width give that away. He started training again and within 6 months he was looking good again - not like he used to mind, but it still came back quickly. Its just a case of gettin your ar5e in gear fella - i'm sure you'll be fine... Ditch the choc for raw eggs! Good luck ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | got down the gym yesturday for a spot of chest+triceps felt real good! definately getting the gym bug back,so looking forward till tomorrow when its shoulder time :smoke: BUT, dreading friday when its leg night! havent trained my legs once since iv been in scotland! its going to b a tickler! as for the dieting side of things, the chocolates all gone & iv stocked up on fruit. for if i want a snack! (had a sneaky KFC yesturday tho )weighed myself yesturday on the gym scales.... 18stone on the dot. also got my brother inlaw to join up to keep me company, he weighed himself too..... 9stone on the dot! so u could say im twice the man he is?! |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | going to try doing the same as i used to at my old gym,but this gym has slightly different equipement. back+bicep wide grip lat pulldown x3 close grip lat pulldown x3 seated row x3 pully row x2 hammer row x2/x3 ? various different curls, normally 3 different types x3 sets chest+tricep flat bench x4 decline bench x3 incline dumbells x3 incline machine drop set machine flys x2/ x3 ? close grip flat bench x2 various different tricep work, again normally 3 x3 shoulder machine shoulder press x3 dumbell shoulder press x3 military x3 rear delt machine x3 shrugs x3 upright rows x3 legs leg press x4 leg curl x3 leg extentions x3 squats x2 (sometimes never been a big squatter) standing calfs x3 seated calfs x3 crunches thats the basics of my old training routine,sometimes it changed or id add other stuff in. also it changed around each night wasnt always done in the order i wrote it. chest has always been my favourite point & legs my worst. |
