ahhhhh, dreaded leg night tonight!

done shoulders on wednesday night which felt good. wasnt too far down on my old weights i used to use, which i was happy about.

nothing to report im afraid.

had acouple of real good weeks at the gym,
but because of my work load i havent been in the last 2weeks!

working from 8am-10pm most days doesnt help

know how it feels mate, i have been known to do 6:30am till 10pm pritty often.. thats why im glad to get out the catering trade
