I havent weighed myself in the past 4 weeks mate, pre cycle i was 182lbs (13 stone).

182 look that big, looking really well, if you were cut up then you would look even bigger imo for your weight mate

Yeah looking really solid Lee and as said you look a damn site heavier than 13 stone..

I would keep bulking for now, but dont get pre-occupied with this "I have to be a certain weight" crap..

When you do diet throw the scalles out of the window and go by the mirror.

I wouldn't worry too much about your bodyfat, you look great! That shredded to bits competition BBer look does not go down all that well with most peeps!
