| Newbie Trainer | New Guy I have been back in the gym for about 10 weeks, I was off for a year Injuries/ bad divorce=way too much fun. I started 10 weeks ago at 170lbs with NO muscle to speak of. As of now I am sitting at 210 so its coming back pretty fast. I am going to get back up to 245 and see where to go from there. Stats 34 5'8 BF don't give a damn right now but not high. I have no Idea what my max lifts are because I never bother to do 1 rep. Workout: DAY 1: CHEST SETS REPS FLAT BARBELL PRESS 4 8 INCLINE PRESS 4 8 FLYS 4 8 CLOSE GRIP PRESS 4 8 PULLOVERS 2 12 DAY 2: BACK WIDEGRIP CHINS 5 ---- BENT BARBELL ROWS 4 8 LAT PULLDOWNS 4 8 SEATED ROWS 4 8 CHIANSAWS 2 10 DAY 3: LEGS SQUATS 6 6-8 LEG PRESS 4 6-8 LEG EXTENTIONS 4 6-8 HAMSTRING CURLS 4 6-8 FROUNT SQUATS 4 6-8 DAY 4: SHOULDERS SEATED DUMBELL PRESS 4 8-10 SIDE LATERIALS 4 8-10 BENT LATERIALS 4 8-10 UPRIGHT ROWS 4 8-10 DAY 5: ARMS HEADCAVERS SS 4 8-10 E-Z BAR CURLS SEATED DUMBELL CURLS SS 4 8-10 CABLE PRESS DOWNS CONCENTRATION CURLS SS 4 8-10 DIPS That has always done the trick for me. I am starting a cycle this Sunday: as follows week 1-26:Test Prop ------ 800mg ew week 1-26: Test Enan ------ 400mg ew week 1-12: Eq ------ 400mg ew week 1-13: tren ------ 100mg eod week 14-26 masteron ------ 100mg ed week 1-6: Anadrol ------- 50mg ed week 20-26: Winny ------- 50mg ed NO this is not my first cycle! I have run them like this in the past. As long as my blood work comes back good I won't tweek this cycle much. I guess I'll see over time how this works out. Love the sight !!! | Newbie Trainer | I am the rong guy to ask that lol. I eat everything I can when I am trying to put mass on alot of Salmon, Beef Roast and Chicken I keep it clean but probally eat just enuff. I don't eat all the fancy trimings with my meals just the basics. I tryed all the calculating cals etc... and found I just ripped because I spent more time trying to figure out if I was sticking to my diet then eating. My advice would be don't worry about it and eat like a mad man. You can also tweek your cycle at the end if you put on a little extra BF. Wish I could help more |

I am 999% sure with the cycle you posted without PCT and HCG you will shutdown and have the test levels of a girl afterwards - with raisins as balls as proof of the shutdown... I don't mean to sound harsh bud... i just like to see people do the best they can out of their cycles.... what HCG doses will you be taking and what PCT do you have planned?
