no real goals at the moment, i just want to pile some more weight on but try stay as lean as posible wilst doing it. ive been training realy hard for the past 12 months or so, and both me and the misses dont think the pics do me that much credit. but at the end of the day i suppose i'll just have to train harde and longer. See what the pics look like in another 12 months.

hi mate looking hard and lean, if your going for size dont worry to much about the lean side of things thats what diets are for but eat lots and reasonably sensible and you cant go far wrong cheers

Looking good mate - nice biceps and forearms. Hit the core lifts hard to bring the shoulders and chest up and you'll look really good especially because your so lean already. Good Luck
