New member pics

Some pics from last years diet on picks i'm 13 st 8lbs or 190lbs. 5ft 8
I' currently considering doing first timers at n.a.b.ba north west in 6 weeks time I currently weigh about 14 st 7lbs but out of work so not sure if i can afford all the neccesarry things to be competetive. But i'll play it by ear. I'm 22 not the biggest let me know if you guys think I would look ok in a first timers lineup? Cheers Dale

I'm 22. Been using gear for a few years now but not correctly. I've done ten sus here and 300 d-bol there a few times in the past but prob done four or five decent well organised bulking cycles. I gain weight very easily but not good quality weight. Ther above pics were taken in april last year after 14 weeks dieting where I had started at 18 st!!!!!!
Gonna try do this show and then after that i'm planning a major break from all gear untill my girlfriend is pregnant.

Some thick muscle there mate.

Need to work on your posing especially your rear lat spread - need to drop your shoulders correctly.

Do you have a pec tear? your left pec looks a bit disjointed.

Also I'd get that gyno sorted before getting on stage as it will count against you and will stick out a mile under the lights.

Yeah i tore my left pec when I was 19 but does'nt bother me that much anymore aslong as I stay away from flat bench press. To be honest tom I have the slightest gyno on my left pec from my first course of d-bol many moons ago. But my chest is one of the hardest places for me to lose fat I always carry it there so it sometimes looks like gyno like in the side tricep pose above. But i have no lumps or bumps or fibrous tissue under my right nipple. Thanks for the posing tip mate i'll work on that.

You can always hide a pec tear with correct posing mate so don't worry.

You can get rid of gyno using yohimbe, I used to have a big lump under my right nipple but it's almost gone now. A topical cream may help this, or a yohimbe based fat burner will assist.

As I said I'm not being nasty, just pointing out what the judges will see.

I know your not being nasty I understand what a critical sport this can be. I'll have a look for yohimbe. Would it be ok to use in oral form from health food shop h&b for example it's just funds are a little tight.
I can hide my pec tear by posing round it, and i've also found that a decent pump in my chest helps mask it.
