![]() | Current daily routine 30mins cardio Breakfast:- 75gms oats, mixed with banana kiwi fruit and 50 gms of 90+ protein (choc!) Mid-Morn:- 200gms baked potato, 200gms lean meat (chicken, turkey etc) Lunch:-:- 50gms brown rice, 200gms lean meat Train Weights and 30 mins cardio Post WO:- 90+,10gms glut,5gms crea Dinner:- 200gms lean meat with salad Supper:- 90+, 15ml's udo's Not sure on my bodyfat in the pics to be honest. I'm currently a little smoother than in the pics weighing about 10lbs more but should be back down to that condition in the next fortnight or so. |
