| Gym Addict | New Guy Part 3 - Another Month Another Batch Of Pics! :) Just started my protien shakes... and next week going to start my new routine (Which can be found here http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/getting-started/12992-need-proper-routine.html).. Just under a month from my last pictures (Which can be found here http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/members-pictures/12718-new-guy-part-2-a.html) And just under 2 months from my first pictures (Which can be found here http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/members-pictures/12170-new-guy.html) Any advice/support/comments all welcome! I've bee ill now for 3 damn weeks! chest infection, nasal infection and a cold! lol Can't wait to start training properlly again.. you're doing really well there mate, you seriously don't need to worry about that bf! obviously if your gut starts looking bigger than the rest of you then you need to adjust your diet! thats what the guys of UK Muscle ar ehere for! |

| Banned | forget all thaat cardio if its muscle your after. the more muscle you put on the easier it will be to lose fat as your metabolism will raise. your muscles need energy to move and the bigger they are then the more fat you'll burn. youre not even fat you daft git. lol |
