No tourniquet, but I did flex it pretty good to get the blood flowing.

I have been losing weight but far off the target.
I store bellyfat.

I need to drop another 15 lbs to do this right.

No other pics till I get the target weight I am looking for.

Yes, that was what I was saying in a different way. His diet is paying off big time. Great work.

But for me honestly, I'm not into the veiny look though I know it is the Bodybuilder's dream come true in terms of body fat %.

I've never heard that. I like forearms because they are big and strong to protect me and hug me close to the man's body with love and desire for my beauty. No symbolism of rising manhood, though the potential for that when in the man's arms does cross my mind. :hug:
