I see like me, the receeding thing is coming along nicely lol, not in a gay sense but i think you looked better with the DO. |

Looking good, what ever you are doing keep doing it. No leg shots? Pointers? Maybe arms but those alot of the time are genetic. |

I wouldn't mind getting a look at your diet (and the tale of the tape), you can do some brilliant things with that physique in a short period of time, but again, I keep getting this nagging feeling there's just a single factor astray in the diet, and if that was altered, the difference would be huge, literally. Complex carbs at night, maybe? I don't know... But that's still good work to have come this far, keep lifting heavy and infrequent, and eating lots, frequently. KS |
