As for sups they are there to supplement your diet so make sure you are eating lots of good quality whole food first and then add the sups on top of, not instead of the food..

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I know mate but I've just lost a bit of my gains because I've been ill for two damn weeks! still not feeling great but back into training, dropped 2.5kg on my bench so I'm on 40kg dumbells (80kg then) which is a pain! I eat atleast 5 good meals a day, when I'm working it's difficult but when I'm off I can do 8 in a day which is class! AAS aren't happening for a while and I mean a long while.. I've listened to lots of advice and value everones opinion and have decided to take a step back and just train my ass off for a couple of years.. I've got a personal trainer course coming up in july and I've got some interviews at gyms so gonna keep clean until the times right! |
