wow, some messages, i'd give up hope already.. any suggestions on protien shakes i could buy? and possible give me a link where to buy directly, price isn't a problem.. just want the best..

@ Hacks, thanks any advice how i can do my lower back? using dumbells or barbell? i cant get the technique for deadlifts, :(.. help please

@ Dynamatiz, what you mean i look thick? lolx, im really short.. maybe thats why im light i might take some pics of my legs there huge to say i've never trained them..

@ Tahir, thats what my best friend always says when i take my top off if i get to hot when trainning (in my cellar.. im not a gym poser lolx).. "i wish i could have your traps..there beasts.."

@ TheGreatOne, thanks, been trainning for like a month and abit now, and i've been ill so aint been able to train for 2 weeks during the time.. i think im improvin

Dead lifts are the best for lower back.
You will have to get the technique down tho.
Hyperextentions would be ok but deads first.
