I thought that i WOULD GET SLAUGHTERED BUT IT SEEMS THAT MY MUG HAS SCARED AWAY THE CRITICS.i WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO THE CRITISM SO i KNOW WHAT i NEED TO IMPROVE

Hey bro,

Your looking damn good, damn you guys with dark skin, it makes your muscles stand out more :( lol.

Anyway...

Strong points are deffinetaly shoulders and triceps (so it would seem), your chest and biceps look good, but i would recommend hitting your upper chest especially hard, because it seems to be lagging when compared to your lower chest, and your shoulder development. Its kinda hard to tell how good your biceps are, if we could see a front double bicep then that would be great!

Oh also, your traps seem to be lagging also, stick some heavy shrugs in your routine and they should thicken up good .

Keep liftin and eating strong man!

ok the pics look fine but you have work to do for the West Britain although it is easily doable (if you follow what i say this time)...

Thats ok paul your a busy man.I wont be the doing the west britain(to small) concentrating on the natural show in june.Ps I will follow as i have very little knowledge one thing I do know is last year i was 13st 4/5 on stage this year Im 13st 5 now and a bit bigger and I feel there is still about 12 pounds to shed.Struggling with upper and outer chest and my abs are these ridiculous little things and lower back lacking a bit.At least this year im far more veiner.I will email you my diet. Good luck with the west britain.

Yeah agree my traps are rubbish but thats as I hate training them.We all got have to have weak points and I know I need to work on my upper chest I do go heavy on it but nothing seems to work but it has improved slowly.I got a few months to sort it and I dont like having small abs.Photo's arent the best as THE LIGHTING IS POOR and im not pumped at all.Arms and legs are my strong points;would post pic but got nobody is willing to take pictures for me(my missuses aint a fan especially as Im starting to get veiny.
Nameless are you a natral like myself ,you aiming to compete.Dirtride thanks at least my hard work and dieting is paying of BUT A LONG WAY to go (2-3months of diet and lifting should see me ready for may june time)

nice definition and good weight for your size i went on stage last year under 13st , can you put up some full pics ie legs etc so we can see full picture of you i think a show is easily possible especially with help from ps
