![]() | new pics just started third cycle of sus at 500mg wk and 200mg a wk of prop followed with nolva and proviron. being careful this time because i have marblesize gyno lump in my left nip what will not go away but thats life eh lads.

| The Italian Stallion | Whats you're diet like? at that weight I don't think you should be on the gear untill you have put more weight on with just eating better food. I staded off at just over 11st and I'm 5ft 10 now I'm just under 14st in about 1 year.

| The Italian Stallion | Well I don't have any photo's of me with my top off from before I started so you will just have to trust me. Diet is the way ford IMO I would not be hitting the gear with your build untill you had been building up for at least 1 year. What is your diet?

| The Italian Stallion | Ok crap photo of me at 11st ![]() Then me at 13.4st about 6 months ago now ![]() I ant been training for 6 months now due to moving and have to do loads of building work at home but we joined the big jim in hatfild on monday and I'm starting my diet agian on monday.

I was 9stone 13 before I started bodybuilding, in less than six months I've put put on over a stone of good quality mass without any gear whatsoever! all I've had is **** loads of decent food! I can bench 45kg dumbells so 90kg, 100kg on the smith but the smiths ****! I've just started training legs so only squating 100kg but what I'm saying is maybe you should concentrate on eating like a horse and bulking up a bit then banging in the gear! Like i said I'm not slating just my opinion. Quote:
