in your position I woudl train for a few more months, everyone is learning all the time. Gear is no magic answer - and as said a million times diet can always be refined. From looking at your bodyfat, I would guess that you are not eating enough sheer calories to bulk up fast, try whacking down a shake of whey, ice cream and cottage cheese twice a day for a few months and see how things go.

You got alot of time left to take steriods, but ofc its your decision.

if its the former then your wrong mate, at Toms hieght and BFP in that pic he carries a lot of "bulk"

if its the latter your calling bulk, then tom wont look "bulky" will he? the idea of a show is to drop the excess material .

Sorry RAIKEY I seem to have misused the word bulk then, I don't believe his muscles look very big for someone who has taken lots of gear! I also don't see him being 11stone! IMO

Ive been trying to post my pics,im a natural but fat at the moment dieting for show in june weight 13st7 at the moment 5ft 9 once my pic are up id like some opinions be real brutal

I know someone who also used to compete, he was only ever around the 13st but he is 5ft6 so you have to bare that in mind to. At any age he has the right to work out what he wants to do with gear, I was just trying to help

click on "post reply" then "manage attachments" browse the drive on your pc where the pics are, click upload, wait a sec, , click submit, .....

diets fine m8 im weighing 11 1/2 now and 2nd cycle was prop for 4 weeks only eating plenty 200 plus of protein carbs good .and my best for bench is 110 for 2 85 k for 8.when this cycles finished i will post pics up .it will be 4wks this sunday on cycle going to 12
anyway m8 thats me .cheers for the comments tho

Good luck with the progress! Make sure you eat **** loads of food, you look to be pretty ectomorphic, but it also looks like you dont eat enough - especially since ur 29yo
