a month to shape up the triceps!

I posted my pics about a month ago and was told to put in some work on the triceps! do you see improvements? no leg shots yet as they are pathetic, I've had little luck with legs due to a bad injury where a little lump of fat split through the bottom of my foot, it didn't break the skin but there was a large extremely painful lump! :rage:

added a couple of tricep poses. cheers for the posing picture to follow

Agreed triceps are 2/3rds of arm mass so big you want big triceps.

i remeber posting on here a few months ago saying (My gym has 45k dumbells) thinking that was alot and I'm already benching 42.5 in each hand for 6 well formed reps! a little more time and a little anavar and I'll need a new gym lol!

sorry for late reply mate! I train triceps with chest. I do 3 exercises for triceps. I alternate each week, dips, cable pull downs, skull crushers, french curls, close grip bench!

Cool, nice tricep in the last pic.

I'd keep doing what your doing now and when the gains slow down, drop to two excercises for triceps (i'd do CGBP & Pull downs one week and Dips & Skull crushers the second). Also do your pull downs on the Lat machine - there are less pullys/cable and you will prob feel the weight more, as I assume you use the cross over cables?

hey good advice totally never thought of that coz in my Gym the pull down and the cable machine are in different rooms n i already do the full stack (only 80k for 6) on the cable machine so il up it in a few weeks when i get my full set out

Yeah when you do it on the cross over machine if it say's 80K it will only be about 60K on the lat pulldown, cause it goes through more pully's and there is more cable it feels lighter. Bare that in mind so you don't load up too much!
