I posted my pics about a month ago and was told to put in some work on the triceps! do you see improvements? no leg shots yet as they are pathetic, I've had little luck with legs due to a bad injury where a little lump of fat split through the bottom of my foot, it didn't break the skin but there was a large extremely painful lump! :rage: added a couple of tricep poses. cheers for the posing picture to follow ![]() Last edited by Littleluke; 12-12-2006 at 02:16 PM. |

I'd keep doing what your doing now and when the gains slow down, drop to two excercises for triceps (i'd do CGBP & Pull downs one week and Dips & Skull crushers the second). Also do your pull downs on the Lat machine - there are less pullys/cable and you will prob feel the weight more, as I assume you use the cross over cables? Keep it up Luke ![]()
