![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Damn dude, you are really lean. You will have to eat, take some creatine and eat some more. Sleep alot. Do as little work as possible too, hey we dont want to burn too many cals. ![]() Basic compound exercises, drop the isolations for now. Might even do lower reps as not to burn too many cals either. Lookin good |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Very lean, classic ecto, methinks, but the muscle is getting on now. What's your appetite like? As I say to everyone - 6x50gms per day is the magic formula. And ensure you're running a calorific surplus with your workload; if you want the odd full english brekky, go ahead, you won't be any worse off. I envy anyone with abs, as I'm a fat git at 25%, but you can do without them to get to an impressive size. Lift heavy compounds, too - 6-8 reps, tops. Oh yeah, hope you don't mind me saying, you're a tad dark around the eyes, you can't grow without proper sleep, so get your 8 hours in. But above all.... Eat, eat, eat. KS |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | You grow during sleep not at the gym. When I was young I overtrained, this allowed me to not gain weight. This is why I suggest you doing the heavy compund exercises with intensity. More like HIT training. This will allow you not to burn so many calories so you will gain weight. Really to gain weight you will need to overfeed. They give birds corn to fatten them up. Corn can fatten you up hence the term corn fed boys ![]() But I suggest you eat more carbs, eat more period. Sleep more. Train hard with alot intensity but few sets. This helps so you just dont burn so many calories in the gym. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Bench, inclines, military press, dips, pullups, bent over rows, dead lifts, squats. All compound. Hell, at this point I dont even think id do situps. I would save as much energy as possible. Many guys that have manual labor jobs cant gain weight. Makes sense really, you are burning more calories than you are taking in or burning the same amount. If you are already lean and you burn more than you take in you will burn muscle. So, no cardio, no isolations, lots of sleep, lots of food. You can probably get away with some high GI carbs. You can get away with drinking whole milk with your protein powder, that would be pretty calorie dense. consider taking digestive enzymes too as this will help digest more of the macronutrients too. Twin Labs has a good product. |
