![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Good definition there mate, not much fat to speak of. I can see the foundation has been laid down, now you want to start construction. I'm usually quite a pleasant chap when bantering, but this is business, so I'm going to be blunt (the way I wish people were like with me when I'm the topic, and as I hope you'll be when I post my pics)... ..you do look a tad underfed. It's bulk time. Like I just said, you've done the work in the gym, now get on the dinner table. Keep the protein high, 6x50g's a day. A clean bulk is always best, but if anyone can get away with occasional snacking or 'dirty' bulking, ie red meat, it's you. Your body doesn't look to me like the type that readily adds bodyfat. But you definitely need to run a calorific surplus. I've been helped greatly by the mods on here with my diet plan, it's really not difficult when nailed down, and I'm an amateur in terms of diet and cooking. Here's what to do: Go to a Morrisons and invest in a Foreman grill, if all of the following are true: you don't already own one; you can't cook; you have nobody to cook for you. While you're in there, get yourself a big plastic lunch tub, with two compartments, one for meat, the other for veg. Believe me mate, it'll make your nutrition SO much easier. Try to get the £30 grill, and prep the meat in the morning with a NON salty meat flavouring. The beauty of the Foreman is that it takes all the mystique out of BB cooking; pre-heat grill for 5 mins, take the meat out of the fridge, tear off the packaging, shake on the flavouring, throw onto the grill, and 10mins later, you've got all the meat you'll need the whole day - with all the fat drained out! Keep it in the tub, toss in your greens/veg, and you're done. Anything you eat over and above is just a bonus!! KS |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I have one of those and it cooks quick. I bag all my stuff for work. It takes getting used to but you will be better off and it is actually cheaper too. Crock pots are easy, fast and if you have tupperware you are good to go. Good advice Keyser. |
