Yo GUys new to the forums ,JUst 16 n only just started .come to the forums an seen sum wicked physiques n thought id sign up got sum great advice n thought now i can can see definition to start showin pics .

what do u wanna do with your body, i would say go for mass right away looks like your looking pritty ripped.i would hit the weights and eat so much,chicken steak rice fish all that **** get your self some weigt crash or protien shake.help pack on the pounds.

Advice

Yeah man thanks for the advice,as u can see im new to this **** so really big's threads about how to get big exc. were extremely useful,as with a body like mine naturally slim yet quite tall i think i really need to put on the pounds tbh, so all i can do is shovel proteins

You do have to be carful at your age mate with training.

Your body is obviously still growing, and your test levels are now through the roof naturally!

I started training young and ended up having to have an operation on my left elbow, as a load of muscle tissue had grown over my nerves and as a result my arm became very thin, weak and numb.

But, saying that, i think i was like 13

Start with Bigs "how to grow" routine, and slowly up your protien and carbs.

Your nice and lean, so i take it you struggle to add weight anyway?

Mate you are 16. Only advice I can give is to LEARN, LEARN AND LEARN. Diet is the most important thing in bodybuilding PERIOD! You wanna grow then eat. Id start with 180g of protein a day and 350g of carbs divided into 6 meals. Train smart and hard and youll grow like a weed!! Good luck and remember you have your whole life ahead of you to get bigger. I was in your shoes one............16 years old, 120lbs. Now I am 20 and nearly 220lbs. Good luck pal.......happy lifting!

Lol Thanks, I've been avin carbs mostly l8ly and loads tuna,pasta that type o stuff .Looks to me like most people started young so i don't care.Should be careful though suppose i mean i know people who got bad injuries from lifting an now they lift pussy weights.If you enjoy it then i suppose you should be sensible!:rage:
