I think what you do now really depends on what your goals are?

Do you want to get big or would you like to look lean and ripped at the moment?

Either way, as a start I would recommend working more chest and lats as in this picture they look a little flat in proportion to your arms / shoulders.

Post up what your goals are and maybe I can help you more.........................

main goal at the moment is to loose the fat just been doing a bit of a bulk over christmas so im introducin more cardio now. yeah my chest doesnt look all that big compared to the rest of me in that pic looks bigger from the side but again its mostly fat (tits lol) goal would be to loose weight to somewhere like 13 n a half stone but keep/build the muscle. wot do u think my bf would be roughly? about 20 - 25% i reckon so wouldnt mind gettin down to sorta 15 lol itl take me a while no doubt but im well motivated so i reckon il be able to obtain it in a year maybe?
cheers

well daily activity is crap im at uni on computin course so virtually sat down all the time.

im at the gym 3 days a week after two of them i do a 20min run on the treadmill ( i do it like interval so i run at comfy pase say 10k/hour n then i change it to higher with an incline until im knackered then drop it back down again to 10.

i do judo every wednesday for hour n a half which is probably the hardest physical thing i ever do. its well tireing nearly makes me sick some weeks lol.

i think i need more cardio probably, just easing in at the mo next week i might up it wot u think?

Interval training is defo a great way to lose weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But I think 20 mins each session could improve. Try going for 20 mins on the treadmill and another 20 on a crosstrainer or elliptical machine. And dont forget to hit the interval training hard (A good way to do this is let the machine select the interval time rather than you deciding when is best). Also a good way of directly shedding the fat is to do cardio first thing in the morning before you eat anything.

On the BF I think you look around 20-25% and you should expect to lose around 2-3 pound per week with proper diet (Most important) and cardio. So all in all you should lose taht 14lb in around 5 weeks!!!

I'm just loving the fact that if you look at Chris's face he is obviously holding his breath

Good on you mate, keep at it and you'll be fine - sometimes it is easier being a little bigger as you will find it easier to put on weight when you get to the stage where you wanna bulk up.

That is something you'll notice on this site most ppl cry when they lose weight not gain it!

Diet, Diet, Diet!
You will lose more weight on a diet than cardio.

It is much easier to lose with diet than cardio.

I knew a chick that did an hour of cardio, every day at a very high level. Then played racquetball.

I asked her how come she did so much cardio.
Her comment was she ate what ever she wanted.
But 2 hours a day so she could eat M&M's is psycho.

Just some resistance training with compound exercises and a diet will do fine.

I am dieting right now and do no cardio and am losing well.
When the diet comes to a halt, I am going to add cardio then.
When that halts (which it shouldnt) I will do some fat burners.

Post up your diet or PM me your diet and we will sort this out easy.
