![]() | thx carlos this is with no training for 3 weeks due to work commitments but now im back training flat t'out lol:lift: also im 5ft6 12st 6 and 17 years of age and have been training for a year mainly for powerlifting and no particular diet no gear no supps fcuk all lol what do you suggest for the triceps ? thx m8 |

Great peak on the bicep. Once you get more mass on your tri's you will have very good arms. Keep up your bench, dips and any other heavy tricep work to give good mass. Maybe some over head extensions and kick backs. Predator | |
