![]() ![]() | another new member :) Hello, just a few pics of me. I am 18 and have been training on and off for about 2 years. I also did 2 years of karate from 15 to 17. I dont use any training programme of summplments, I just train when I get the urge (which is a lot and eat lots of chicken ![]() let me know what you think, thanks |

| Classic Bodybuilder :) | Looking good mate, lean and getting a good shape. I think you should train regular and eat a strict diet, then take a few basic supp's like creatine, protien. Cause if you did then boy you would be going places! Well done and keep it up ![]()
