The best I could do for now.

I was at college and they have bluetooth on the PCs so I quickly snapped a pick of my bicep. I got a few funny looks when I did this from fellow students.

as it goes i have been neglecting them :( but started training them the other week doing squats, calf raises and leg extensions! How do you hit the lower part of the tri? and I do EZ bar reverse curls for my forarms and to thicken my bicep.

I think you've got a quality shape DB and I hope to get there soon as!

Lat Pull Downs
Bent over Rows
Preacher Curls
EZ Reverse Bar Curls

Chest/Triceps
Smith Bench Press
Incline Dumbell Press
Cable Flies
Close grip Bench press
French Curls
Skull Crushers

Shoulder/Legs
Dumbell Shoulder Press
Shrugs
Sat Down Side raises
Squats
Leg extensions
Calf Raises

Hows that?

My bi is 14inches, it may be like 13 and a half coz i just measured it myself which is difficult, it may even be 14 and a half lol! Do you measure it by putting it all around the arm and tensing (that's what i tried to do!)

I measured my chest a few weeks back, it was 38inches. err my legs are like half an inch all round lol but I've began thrashing them down them gym so not for long!

time to progess from bicep curls?

seriously thogh nice bicep... but the rest of your arms is far behind...

get into some decent compounds to even your arms up a bit, one all the muscles are as good as your bicep you will look real nice.

Please tell me you are not one of those guys int he gym that sits doing curls for an hour then leaves.

add in Deadlifts + skullcrushers, if your arms are too knackered with these take out preacher curls, imo
