How do you hit the lower part of the tri? and I do EZ bar reverse curls for my forarms and to thicken my bicep. I think you've got a quality shape DB and I hope to get there soon as! |

Do you measure it by putting it all around the arm and tensing (that's what i tried to do!) I measured my chest a few weeks back, it was 38inches. err my legs are like half an inch all round lol but I've began thrashing them down them gym so not for long! |

Please tell me you are not one of those guys int he gym that sits doing curls for an hour then leaves. ![]()
