Cheers guys, man the feedback is positive on this board (A little unjustified even)!!!

I suppose all boards are the same regarding info..................lots of junk, but a few snippets of great info.

I have noticed a few of the members on here are VERY well built, and look GREAT.

I have found the board to not be over populated with 16 yr olds who have trained for 3 weeks and can BP 180kg (For 60!)

Me, my greatest competitor is myself, and through this attitude I WILL succed in my personal goals rather than beat myself up about the size / weight / strength of A.N other.

No-one on this board (Including the greats), was born with the perfect body, they had to work bloody hard for it!!! FACT!!
