i find upright rows give the a feeling down the rear centre length of the back so traps are in on this ....

dont jerk em keep weight sensible and give a proper slow squeeze....laaarvly!!

in fact my avatar shows the results nicley.....lol

Yeah, I tried them last week a couple of different ways. Seemed good with a cable with a rope attatched, standing a bit away from the machine so that the pull is upwards and back at the same time.

i use the cables sometimes too but oly bars best mate imo

P1ss off, I thought it was October 2006.lol. No chance I'm gonna be any where near 15 stone at 10% bf. Not naturally anyway, which is how I want to do it. I think. I've been umming and ah-ing with the possibility of doing some gear for about 3 years but keep talking myself out of it. hmmm

OK, June was a bit of wishful thinking.......October it is then......Sad as it may be, I'm sure I'll take a bashing for saying it, but I don't think I can hit the 15st 10% natural:o Sooooooo........I intend to be a naughty boy and see where that takes me;)

Cheers, but somehow I don't think I should be at the 'base' stage after taining for 12 years! lol ( and i tried some oxys for a couple of weeks about 3 years ago so it's not totally without gear unfortunately)
