| UK-Muscle Moderator | Diet Meal 1 60g Whey Protein, 3/4 cup oats and small tin of pinapple in own juice Meal 2 250-300g Chicken breast and 60g brown rice Meal 3 1 small tub low fat cottage cheese, 250ml of low fat yogurt, 1 apple and 1 banana + 1 scoop of whey blended Chef X style. Meal 4 Same as meal 2 Meal 5 Same as meal 3 Meal 6 3-4 whole eggs with a pro mr mrp Meal 7 300g lean steak PWO 2 scoops of pre-pep I have the whole of Saturday off and eat what i want i just watch my sugar intake isnt stupidly high. I then have 1 meal on a Sunday evening such as a Chinese or Kebab then im 100% focused on my diet all week. Ive followed similar diets before and can loose fat nicely on these sort of ratios. As you can see its nothing to drastic but with cardio and meds i should loose fat nicely i rekon at a nice steady pace. Then after Crimbo if i need to ill run again for 10 weks then see how we stand for maybe getting on stage next year. |
