Some of my oldies - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

The black and whites were around the time of my first comp at a weight of <13st, the one with Shaun was 2002 at around 17st and not in too bad condition (visible abs), and the one with the laydeeza was in colchester in June 2006 at the WABBA European.

I just thought I'd stick up a few to reassure anyone reading my posts that I'm not Pee Wee Herman the keyboard Olympian.

hehehe its a woman, she is part of Diamond Dogs.
They have a website etc.

that is Kimberly Anne she is a ex pro bodybuilder she owns skylines gym in catrford she does loads of work to promote the females in our sport.

Good on her i say we need more ladies like her helpin other women find there feet in bodybuilding. Ive seen her on a documentary on sky.

I'm a porker at the minute, my Mrs was competing this year and I felt guilty eating in front of her so was to be found outside Tesco wolfing tiramisu regularly.

I was diagnosed as having a hole in my heart (birth defect) in December 2001 and told not to expect to see Xmas the following year, but I got an aortic valve replacement in Nov 2002. I then had a benign tumor cut from my neck in Nov 2003 and was in hospital for a week in 2004 after a car crash. So my training has been about 18 months in the last 4 years.

I'll put up some new pictures soon and show you the physique of the Comeback King.
