Thanks guys! that pics was from last year, so ive changed a wee bit since!!!

Bigger arms and shoulders and chest! I was around 12 1/2 stone there and i'm im roughly around 13 1/2 now!

Pscarb - Cheers mate, i've never actually taken any of my stats but will do soon and post them!!!!

thanks hackskii, as I said that photo's a year old now so hopefully i've come on a wee bit! haha

but year trainings going well so i think i've diff made improvements!!!!
