Lean?

Lets think about this for one moment.:blah:

When you buy lean meat, is there much fat on it?.....................NOPE

Lean is not skinny.
Lean is not fat.
Lean is no fat..............................Rioght?.......... .......yep.

If you notice I never flame anyone ever, that is not my style.
I just dont post if I think there will be some kindof negative feedback.

Most all of my posts give either examples or the explination why I came to a conclusion.
That is just how I post.

You look good and you are lean (as in low bodyfat)

Fat also contains CLA which is good for you and can help you lose bodyfat.

CLA is a fatty acid found in beef and dairy fats. You gotta have fat on your steak the best tasting steak is a ribeye all the lovely fat drips through it when you cook it and it makes it damn tasty

hi, why dont you start a new thread ebnzin, and introduce your self there (in the general section) and tell us about ur self, training history, Diet, Goals, age ect...
