![]() | Flab To Fitness - Owens Road to Sucsess Hey all, My name is Owen. I Remember been overweight most of mylife, Always getting Bullyed at school. The only thing that been fat has done for me, is put stress upon my muscles to grow bigger to carry the fat. The Heavyest i have Ever been in my life was 21St, when i was 19. Why am i Doing this Not once have i been able to go to the beach and take off my shirt in fear of humiliation Not once have i felt 100% Comftable while going to the local swimming baths Not once have i been "Happy" with my body Not once have i been able todo the Extreme sports ive always wanted like Parasailing, Wake Boarding, Diving ect. Weekley Photo + Data Log Unfortunatly, i dont have a photo i have taken before i started, But heres one i took now to start us off ![]() 5/2/10 - Total week Loss - 8lb ![]() I ask For Support guys, Nothing else ;) |

Just a quick answer Owen...as i'm off out shortly ![]() Take pics once a fortnight, in the same place, preferably in the same light(ie don't take one set at night and the next set during the day) You shouldn't be embarrassed to go swimming....you should see the majority of the swimmers at my local pool,they make you look like Twiggy! They stare at us and our 'normal' weight kids.....(don't be expecting the staring to stop when you have lost your extra pounds...it usually gets worse!) Take a look at this thread http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/member-jo...ve-juiced.html Technically its a before and after gear usage thread, but it show you what can be achieved(take a look at my other halfs before and after pics......his name is weeman lol) and there are also plenty of guys in that thread who are natural but thought their progress fitted in with the thread! Call it a bit of inspiration, save the thread and when the diet gets tough go have a peek to give yourself a boost. Ps. best of luck mate, looks like your well on your way! whack your diet and training up and you may get sum tips or ideas if you need them! what protien are you going to buy? some of the site sponsors do very good deals.
