![]() | Dsahnas half ar$ed attempt Ill kick it off with a zero volume tricep session..... Close grip bench press: Warmups with 40k,60k,90k, Then work sets to failure with 130k.. 1,6 2,4 3,3 4,3 5,2 6,2 7,1 8,couldnt lift the bar off the rack .Thats it!! same every week except weight. Come on dont hold back. Ive took a vid of the first set how do i put it up. |
