Heres my try at this journal buisness,feel free to criticize all that i do.
Ill kick it off with a zero volume tricep session.....
Close grip bench press:
Warmups with 40k,60k,90k,
Then work sets to failure with 130k..
1,6
2,4
3,3
4,3
5,2
6,2
7,1
8,couldnt lift the bar off the rack

.
Thats it!! same every week except weight.
Come on dont hold back.
Ive took a vid of the first set how do i put it up.

Zero volume i can see at least 3 sets there mate LOL!
Nice one for making a journal i shall be looking in for sure.
