![]() | JW007s "FICTIONAL" SHiC “this fictional SHIC is purely for entertainment purposes only and not real and is all just theory” So my shic is planned to start next week. Priming wise, I have read some very good posts by Marcus300, however my time is limited as im due to go away beginning November and want to be finished before then. I have come off all aas for past 2 weeks, except for my pre workout shots 3 x a week. Last I was taking was 300mg test wk and 200mg tren over 2 weeks ago. But Ive recently decided to stay on and blast cruise so I was cruising, so I don’t run PCT or do time on time off etc. Course history is poss 15 years cycling aas. Last big course was around 1500g test week and over 1000mg tren wk plus sporadic orals which was at beginning of year for a couple of months. No big sides but being on tren so long began to mess with my mental state, which is one reason why ive decide to try a shic. Since april both my training, dedication and diet have been sh1te. I have consitantly lost weight and strength and got slightly fatter, so Im counting on this to be my “prime” as it were. Not the best but that’s the way it is. Goals Not sure what I weigh but its in region currently of 230lbs i suppose. Will weigh myself tomorrow as well as take a few before pics (thought about going on a small course to get some better before pics PMSL how bad is that ) Im hoping to put on around 10-12 quality pounds so that when I am done im sitting at a good lean 240-242lb while just cruising. The reason for this is I will be competing in 110kg BPC powerlifting and I want to be right at the weight limit as lean as possible with no dieting required to give me every advantage available to me. Specific Strength training will then be entered into 5-6 weeks before any comp I decide to enter. I reserve the right to stop any part of this course , thread at any time if I have any health, side effect or other issues lol. Training will be based on a 4 day split using a HIT routine,Which will be detailed as and when I start. Im happy with my training style\routine so I have not posted initially for comment but will post as I go along. Diet and AAS programmes are open to suggestions and they would be most welcome as long as its not some numpty rubbish… you know the sort of things im talking about. All sensible suggestions will be considered. Cheers |

So AAS wil be Will take just 5 weekdays and have weekends off shots and tabs, for my mental health as much as anything Week 1 50mg stanz day 50mg oxy day 50mg mest day 50 mg proviron day 1500mg tren enan week (300 x 5) 1500mg test enan week (300 x 5) 1500mg equipose week (300 x 5) 1500mg masteron week (300 x 5) pre workout 4 days week (1ml x 4) 25mg dbol 25mg test base 20000 mcg cheque drops 1000mcg mtren Week 2 50mg stanz day 50mg oxy day 50mg mest day 50 mg proviron day 1200mg tren enan week (300 x 4) 300mg deca week (300 x 1) 1500mg test enan week (300 x 5) 1500mg equipose week (300 x 5) 1500mg masteron week (300 x 5) pre workout 4 days week (1ml x 4) Week 3 900mg tren enan week (300 x 3) 600mg deca week (300 x 2) 1500mg test enan week (300 x 5) 1500mg equipose week (300 x 5) 1500mg masteron week (300 x 5) pre workout 4 days week (1ml x 4) Possibly drop orals, depending on how feeling and health etc etc If all well will keep in. Week 4 As week 3 Week 5 Drop all shots And go back on orals 50mg stanz day 50mg oxy day 50mg mest day 50 mg proviron day week 6 as week 5 Due to amount of shots etc, i will be using a large insulin pin and site injecting most stuff to reduce scar tissue and nerve damage, been doing it for ages now 0.5-0.7ml in tris or bis with pre workout shot. gives great site swelling growth to. Totally could not handle doing that many regular shots which is another reason im only staying on injectable for 4 weeks. After week 6 I wont be coming off, I will run test at around 300mg per week plus eq at same, plus proviron. GH & Ins 10iu GH 10iu Ins PWO 4 x week 5iu Gh 5iu Ins 1st thing in morn 4 x week OTHER 60-100mcg clen day 50-75mcg T3 day Hcg will be run throughout at 300iu E3-4 days. I have nolv, but hoping Mast and prov will take care of any gyno issues |

DIET 8am meal 1 6 Eggs+Butter+Cheese (Scrambled or as an Omlette) Multivits etc 1.5g cissus 2g vit C 5g Bcaa 4g omega 3 fish oil. 10.00am Meal 2 syntha 6 protein with 500ml skim milk 10g creatine 12 meal 3 200g chicken, tuna or with rice and beans and cous cous and peas???? Am really not liking green stuff, alternatives??? What about as above 2g omega 3 fish oil Digestive enzymes 3.00 meal 4 As before. 4.30 meal 5 sytha 6 with skim milk 10g creatine 5.15 No xplode 6pm TRAIN 7.30 Meal 6 PWO shake syntha 6 with 10g creatine 5g BCAA Bottle lucozade (just in case hypo) 9-10 Meal 7 Chicken and rice with veg 2g omega 3 fish oil Digestive enzymes |

Holy ****! I think your gain more than 10-12lb, more like 20lb! 6g per week of gear and all that GH and Insulin!! Just on a side note, you say you powerlift, what do you find best for strength gains, as I am sure over the past 15 years you have used almost every steroid produced |
