What spices or seasonings can I use to add to my food?
Iv'e had some quality turkey mince lately and its ok but its boring after a while. What things can i add to it to make it nicer?
I aint got a clue about cooking. I know how to boil things and thats about it.

I put Fresh chilli's in absolutly everthing, usually the little hot Birds eye chilli's or scotch bonnet ones.
And as well as tasting the dogs doo daa's they speed up your metabolism too!.
just grill em a bit and take out the seeds if your a bit sensitive. or just go balls out and finely chop some/one onto your salad. mmmmmm

Ground coriander, cumin and turmeric are classic Indian spices.( in the proportions 2tsp coriander, 1tsp cumin, half tsp turmeric I think). Throw in some garlic and a chilli or chilli powder also and you are well away. Heat a tablespoon or two of oil gently and throw in the spices and cook for a minute or so to release the flavours (but be careful not to burn them). Then put in your other ingredients. I’m veggie and I can’t remember how to cook turkey.

Great advice from above.
Garlic is awesome for your heart and lowering cholesterol.
The chilli the lads are talking about is good as well as capsicum is the hot substance in hot chilli's.
This is good for increasing circulation in all organs of the body.
Good for hemmeroids (sp), ulsers, inflimation, just to name a few.
turmeric is good for inflimation too, as well as ginger.
I like ginger but in very small doses (just me).

Cant go wrong with Garlic, onion, chilli, sea salt, cinnamon and many other herbs.
Many herbs have a holistic approach to things.
Its all good.

Cinnamon and Clove

These are very good spices for breakfast foods. The are also antioxidants.
The scent and taste of cinnamon is great for keeping you alert and awake so if you have a long trip to drive, bring some cinnamon gum or candy along.
