Saw something on TV yesterday about how they asked someone else to be the face of this grill and he turned it down for another product that the company was making. The other product flopped.

If you use a tblsp of Olive Oil for say 3 or 4 breasts it tends to hold the moisture in better. I always cut my chicken up rather than grilling it whole. Only takes 5 mins tops. If you keep it nice and moist during the cooking there is no problem reheating it.

All I'm saying is that when you order a medium cooked steak in 99% of places in the UK, you get this burnt piece of leather. You have to use brown sauce just to stomach the stuff. The Ivy was just about the only place I found a proper moist steak in London. Even TGIFridays and Chili's (both american restaurants) seem to forget what makes them semi-decent in america. I had to give up eating out for steaks in London. It's a shame since I know that the meat in the UK is great, you just have to be able to cook it yourself to have it done right. On the other hand, the kebabs and curry are to die for.

I was in Florida a few weeks ago and pigged out on steak and shrimp most nights. I love Joe's Crab Shack. Not the classiest place in the world, but beats 99% of our restaurants.

Don't know if you can find a cut of meat in England called a skirt steak (or Churasco), but if you marinade that in mojo for at least 30 minutes and cook it on the bar-b-q you'll have the juiciest piece of meat ever.
