Once you've done that then think about hitting the gear if you have patience you can probably double your gains.

| Middleweights...You bloody sure? | There are loads of things to try before taking the step to the dark side. Firstly where there's a will there's a way as far as your eating goes. You do need to try to eat every 3 hours with or without the juice you wont be maximising gains and throwing your hard earned cash away that would be better spent on some balanced MRP's. Many people try to compensate diet for gear but this doesn't work and can be detrimental to your health. IMO try to get 2-3 years of natural training under your belt before consideration. I trained naturally for around 6 years before making that step. Try to start when you do with less androgenic products, what you are suggesting should not be used by a beginner. IMO use something like primobolan with a little deca or winny tabs. Leave the heavy **** for later, test should be a no go for you at this stage, you just dont need it I hope you listen to the advice here without thinking we're mothering you, cos that's not the intention. I'm sure I speak for everyone in wishing you a long, healthy and happy BBing lifestyle James
