Lattimer69 is on a distinguished road
types of foods

im trying to cut out my love handles as much as possible, while maintaining as much muscle mass as possible.

what types of foods should i steer away from in my diet?
which is worse when trying to cut up,sugar or fat?
also,i drink gatorade a lot, normally i'll take 8oz of it(15g of sugar) and mix it with 8 oz of water, have maybe 2 of those little mixes a day. is this holding me back a lot??

The 30g of sugar you're taking in probably isn't helping your case.

Your diet should consist of staples like chicken, tuna, oats, oils, beef etc etc. Whole foods that aren't processed and contain the right kind of nutrients

List up your current diet so that we can comment on it as a whole.
