high carb low carb diet

i was just wondering if you guys think that having around 600 carbs on my training days and 0 on my non traing days is a good way to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time ? i always keep my protien the same and i have have lost 2% bodyfat from 18% to 16% and i still weigh 192. so i'm doing good on it but i am worried about any side affects because ive been told that it is bad for me to do this by a trainer at my gym but didnt take any notice because he doesnt even train himself. I would really like someone to give me their opinion please.

i think 600g on your training days are a bit to high...you will probably benefit from cycleing your carbs over maybe a 5 day peroid something like...
Day 1:High-350g
Day 2:Low-50g
Day 3:Medium-150g
Day 4:Low
Day 5:Low
keep your good fats high when on the low and medium days in the range of approx 70-90g mainly coming from Salmon, Nuts/Seeds, Udo's etc etc...

this way when you train you will be using fat for energy after you have burnt your carbs up....

yeah what pscarbs says, thats how i tend to do it when im dieting, gets a bit rough by the time you get back to the high carb days but effective for stripping the fat and sparing muscle

I have read people saying they cut carbs out after a certain time of the day. What time should I stop eating good fats?

there is no set time to stop eating good fats as they are not absorbed like Saturated/Trans fats good fats actualy help release bad fat..

i will have 200g of salmon at 8/9 oclock at night when i diet for a show...
