Some would say it's too high but IMO there's no problem with it. the palumbo diet works on similar ratios so you should still get into ketosis that way. Remember being in ketosis shouldn't make any difference in how much fat is lost; it just offers advantages such as decent energy levels and suppressed appetite over a low carb diet.

yea as my LBM is like 167lbs i was wondering weather the excess protein would store as fat. and my calories are down to 1800 from 2600 i was thinking of lowering the protein to 30 grm portions and upping the fats a bit to get my calories from fat. bearing in mind i got 11 weeks to go before show time

How's the protein gonna get stored as fat if you're in a calorie deficit?

OK good stuff mate. It sounds like you've made good progress already. CKD is a great diet if done right. Your cals seem fairly low though mate as your bf% is still fairly high. Not sure if you've dropped them prematurely. How are you doing your refeeds?

i do a 30 hour refeed from friday morning til saturday afternoon. consuming about 800 grms of carbs in the 30 hour window. where u sed the cals were low why i thought maybe i should drop my protein to maybe 190grms and up my fat a few grms to get the calories in.

That's probably be better from a keto standpoint, but after 5 weeks you should be strongly in ketosis anyway, so I wouldn't worry. Carb up sounds fine, it sounds like it's working mate so just crack on I guess
