![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Diet advice needed Hey everyone, I m hoping for some advise - This is where I am right now - Just coming to my first cycle after over a year off (was trying for a baby) Cycle included 4 ml deca/week 1ml sust per week. course lasted 14 weeks - the 1st 4 weeks i put in 20 mg dbol per day - and along the way 10 ml of tren went in. im currently putting in 2500 hcg every 5 days and will soon start nolvedex/day help bring back test levels. I started the course at 16/5 st after a month shot up to 17/5 st, though I was carrying alot of bf. So I deceided to diet down a bit since I was looking ****. I was eating everytrhing in site but I controled it down to the following 4 50g protien shakes a day - 800c 1 bagel or bowl of oatmeal - 250c 1 egg 4 whites - 200c 400gr of rice - 656c 400gr chicken or steak - 7 - 800c 3 oranges - 150 some salad stuff vegetables vits mins etc total 3000 max with this I was trying to keep protien high while keeping carbs down. It worked and Im now down to 16st 13, and looking alot leaner - im not after shredded as im not competing. Dieting is my week point, do you think my approach was correct? Would anyone have done it differently? Also how long would you stay off for - in the past, for me there was no real off time except for the odd week or two. But now im after doing things properly. When im off - should I train / eat differently - I usualy just train the same and eat the same. My next cycle I plan to do a similar course but increase the the test and deca. I want to put on decent size without to much bodyfat - How many calories should I aim to eat per day - and will this just include clean food? I know im asking alot of questions but any help and or advise would be greatly appreciated Thanks Tim |

you are 237lbs and for that weight you should be eating approx 335g of protein. because you are wanting to control fat then i would suggest eating 150g of Carbs per day. Keep the cals up though by eating good fats from Salmon, Advacado, Mackeral, Nuts/Seeds, Olive oil approx 75-100g per day Quote:

when on AAS you really should be pushing 2g per lb of bodyweight of protein per day and depending on your bodytype and goals then i would suggest between 1-2g of carbs per lb of bodyweight then adjust the fats accordingly. When off a cycle then you can afford to drop the protein to 1-1.5g per lb of bodyweight as protein assimulation will not be the same as when on a cycle and as i have said then raise or lower you carbs/fats accordingly according to your goals.
