Mate, it's near impossible to tell you what to do that will actually help unless you post up an example day, along with quantities and macros.

In essence though, you need to ditch as much of the processed stuff as possible, try to keep the carbs to a minimum as you want to control bodyfat, and boat-load as much protein as you can.

Wheres the vegetables in your diet??

First thing I'd do is take a long look at your training routine, if you're puttin on fat your takin in too many calories, you can either up your cardio or drop the calories (startin with the crap - mash, pies, burgers etc). You really should try to clean up your diet to stand a chance of gettin the fat off. One quick thing to try is to double your water intake for a week (yes you'll be ****in every 20mins but it doesn't half shift any bloatin) upto about 4 litres a day minimum, more if you can handle it but dont get silly.

A lot also depends if you're on the gear or not, so give the guys on here a chance and post some more info, theres plenty of guys on here who'll be happy to help you.

O.k heres an average days eating for me lately
It always starts with a Cup of tea,(lowfat sugar, skimmed milk) when i get up.

meal 1. 75g whey in water

meal 2 .tin of mackeral,2 whole wheat toast(with low fat spread),small portion of rice,2 weetabix,1 pt skimmed milk

meal3. tuna mayo sandwich on brown bread,75g whey in half milk half water, lowfat yoghurt, banana

Training

meal 4.75g whey in water, portion of nuts, banana, lowfat yoghurt

meal 5.Grilled chicken sandwich on brown bread(lowfat spread+salad cream),lowfat yoghurt,1 pt skimmed milk

meal6. steak or fish, portion of veg and either mash or rice,50g whey in skimmed milk
