digital body fat indicators

im 6 weeks in on my first sus and decca course.been training for about 12 years .30 years old .5ft11 .before i started the course i was 14st 7 now im roughly 15st 6.even though im heavier i feel a lot leaner as i can tell thet what ive put on is lean muscle.im gonna run wiini tabs for the last 4 weeks of the cycle so i thought id buy some body fat indicators to see what differance it makes at the end of the cycle.cant believe what they read 34% bf.im 5ft 11 with a 34" waist.are these things bollocks or what?

The Regimen X Bodybuilding System by The Family of X

In the great Greek poem by Constantine Cavafy titled "Ithaka,"
We are reminded that it is the voyage and the adventures on the way that count, not the arrival itself.

Well i got my bf% done is the egg shaped thingy, done with air pressure .. cant remember wot exactly it was called (ne one know) but its supposed to be very accurate and i was at 14% bf in this also at the same time my bf% was done with calipers with a qualified person to do this and they were slighty out from each other and i tried my mates digital body fat scales to see wot i got and 23% is wot it gave me and i would deffo not say i was that ... so tbh i wouldnt trust them scales at all!

Are you talking about those little hand held ones that you put your thumbs on two little sliver pads?
The goods ones are wildly innaccurate, the bad ones (£5 on ebay) literally just take the weight and height you enter and give you a reading off a chart (the thumb bits do nothing), which is obviously absolute fiction - you may as well use a random number generator.

i work at a gym and we do fitness tests including bf% tests on them hand held electric things and they are a load of garbage, i did a test on a bloke the other day who is a distance runner there isnt an ounce on him and it gave a reading of 24%. i think callipers if used correctly are much better.
