![]() | Help hi guys, i need sum help. ive decided 2 lose my last bit of weight b4 i strt any heav weights training. but i have a problem area-my chest- how can i lose the acess weight there??

![]() | Young dude, I have had the same problem, but managed to resolve it by regular push-ups (200 aday for 5 days 100 in the morning and 100 before bed, relax for 2 days. Split them into sets and relax between each set if tired) Bench press (3 sets of 8-12 reps) Incline bench press (3 sets of 8-12 reps) Dumbbells flyes (3 sets of 8-12 reps) on daily basis and you will see the difference. |
