you can't target fat loss sadly. It depends on your genetics as to how its stored. Generally speaking the last place you put on fat will be the first place to lose it.

Yes Stu is right here, no such thing as spot reducing with the exception of lipo-suction.

Diet is key to fat loss, first and formost.

Weight training is more effective for losing fat than cardio alone. get your diet sorted and get in the weight room!

Jock is right here.

Weight lifting burns fat many hours after you leave the gym.
Cardio does not have this attribute like resistance training.

my wife is testemant to that, no change in diet, just hitting the weights big time and the fat is dropping off.

Young dude,
I have had the same problem, but managed to resolve it by regular push-ups (200 aday for 5 days 100 in the morning and 100 before bed, relax for 2 days. Split them into sets and relax between each set if tired)
Bench press (3 sets of 8-12 reps)
Incline bench press (3 sets of 8-12 reps)
Dumbbells flyes (3 sets of 8-12 reps)

on daily basis and you will see the difference.

Spot reduce is a myth. Now if you build up the muscle, it might redistribute the fat over a larger mass. Diet is your answer.
Welcome to the board subhi!
